This is an exciting opportunity for an Opticians to join our team in San Luis Obispo County including travel between San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, and Pismo Beach!

Responsibilities:
Educate and assist patients with their vision prescription and available options.
Complete all patient orders including frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
Provide repairs and adjustments as needed.
Communicate with billing department to ensure accuracy.
Provide an enjoyable customer experience through patience and care.
Some travel between offices will be required - 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday

Qualifications:
Ideally, we would like to a candidate with optician experience but we are open to training the right candidate.
1. Entry Level - A successful candidates will be a fast learner who possess exceptional customer service skills and a strong work ethic. High-end retail experience would be a good foundation for this position. Knowledge in Optometric care and current trends in eyewear is also beneficial.
2. Experienced Optician Candidates - ABO Certification is preferred but candidates who take pride in their work and have a minimum of 1 year of experience with the ability to interpret, analyze and fill ophthalmic prescriptions will definitely be considered.

Salary depends on experience. Generous benefit package also included.


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
