Director of Respiratory Therapy
Responsible for management of the Hospital Cardiopulmonary Department. This includes, but is not limited to:
supervision of personnel, supervision of the care and maintenance of department equipment; implementation of department infection control/quality review systems. Compliance with relevant federal state and local safety regulations; maintenance of required records and reports. As a member of the Hospital management team, serves on Hospital committees and interacts with other hospital managers and medical staff, providing input for planning and quality assurance of services provided. Provides in-service instruction on department policies and procedures to other department within the hospital
Must have previous hospital experience and at least two years in a supervisor/management role. A CRT or RRT will be considered. AHA BLS and ACLS Required. PALS & NRP required within 3 months of start date
The Compensation range for this position is competitive, starting at $42/hour and increasing with relevant years of experience up to $55/hour. This organization is looking for local candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Central California. Preference will be given to candidates already located in California. Relocation assistance will be provided.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
