Clerical Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator

We have a 25 hour a week part time clerical/medical position open in our office in San Luis Obispo. Our ideal candidate will be bilingual have basic administration skills and experience in the medical field would be a plus. Administrative experience is a must. We are looking for enthusiastic, well-rounded, and motivated team player with the mindset that no job is too small. We are a rapidly growing company and looking for a professional and flexible individual to grow with us.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bilingual preferred
Experience in an administrative environment; or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications with high capability to quickly learn new software.
Must have knowledge of filing systems, faxing, business writing and telephone skills and experience working and communicating effectively with co-workers.
Must be a self-starter and possess excellent interpersonal skills as demonstrated by the ability to communicate with executive management, customers and staff.
Must have demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment while managing projects and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented and have a proven track record handling stressful situations with ease.
Criminal background checks and drug screen are completed before hiring.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
