Shoe Palace is the fastest growing independent footwear retailer in the Western US. We carry all of the top footwear brands from Nike and Jordan, to Converse/Adidas/Puma and many more. We currently have over 55 locations in all of the top malls across 5 states. We are now looking for motivated, hardworking individuals, to join our growing family as we continue to expand at a rapid pace in the coming years. We are looking to fill various management positions, which can be further discussed in detail.

Role
Our Sales Associate positions require a very hands-on approach, with expectations primarily based around sales performance.
Sales Associates are expected to be on the sales throughout their entire shift, spending majority of their time interacting with customers and driving sales.

Responsibilities
Meet and exceed personal sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Stay productive while multi-tasking between sales and other projects within the store
Engage with customers constantly and build a reputation within the community by being the face of the business

Energetic and enthusiastic about retail, sales, and shoes
Positive attitude and outlook towards working hard
Coachable, always willing to learn and adapt to change
Sales driven, capable of interacting with customers on sales floor

Compensation
All sales associate positions start at minimum wage, with the potential for incremental raises over time.
Lead sales positions are also available which allow for an increased pay rate.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
