You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Restaurant team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise team of Restaurant workers Supervise, other managers including Hospitality and Kitchen High volume sales for breakfast and lunch Open from 6 am to 3 pm daily Be home for dinner every night Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency Train and evaluate employees Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting P&L and food ordering experience Efficient in using computer, and all office programs Resolve escalated customer complaints
Qualifications:
Previous General Manager or higher position experience in high-volume full-service restaurant for 5 years or longer Expert in food and guest building relationship Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong leadership qualities Able to lead a team without supervision Job Type:
