As our Customer Service Representative, you will play an integral role in ensuring the continued success of our organization through providing an exceptional customer experience.
No prior experience necessary - will train the right person Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet with prospective and existing clients Process customer policy change requests Verify and update client contact information Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, payment processing, and sales inquiries Requirements Possess and upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude Embrace company culture Exceptional customer service skills Prioritize follow-up and follow-through Driven and goal oriented Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
