- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability - Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate - Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions to meet their requirements - Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent phone etiquette in all customer interactions - Communicate effectively with customers in English - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance goals Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices - Tanning/salon experience desired.
