The Good Feet Store, a leading retailer of foot, knee, hip, and back pain solutions, is hiring one Retail Sales Associate for our Scotts Valley location.
We are looking for someone who is sale driven and is passionate about helping people.
Our customers walk through the door looking for relief from foot, knee, hip, or back pain.
That's where our arch supports come in! Our arch supports are designed to readjust, realign, and reposition the foot.

$43,000-60,000 annually, based off an hourly rate plus commission.
Many of our Sales Consultants exceed this.
We do not cap commission Paid training for 4 weeks with guaranteed commission plus hourly wages Paid Time Off and Sick Leave We Have Fantastic Retail Hours:
10am - 6pm Monday - Saturdays 11am - 6pm Sundays Job
Responsibilities:
Embrace the Good Feet Vision, Mission, and Values Successfully demonstrating and selling the Good Feet products and accessories Consistently provide an exceptional customer experience and create a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere Standing, walking, and kneeling to measure & fit the client's feet into the correct size of Good Feet products Lift up to 25 lbs.
Ascending or descending ladders Commitment to company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals Support Management with system processing and inventory control Wear our products and become a raving fan of the brand and the company mission and vision Requirements Retail experience - Required 2 year minimum (Commission based sales experience, preferred) Ability to work weekends:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Great communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service skills Strong written and verbal skills Quick learner with strong organizational skills Competitive and self-motivated Positive, approachable, and empathetic Physical Requirements:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
