Level 3 Trauma Center Age Group of Patients:
Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures:
Stroke-TPA, Multisystem Trauma, Pneumonia, CHF, RSV, DKA, ALOC, Orthopedic injury. Any special procedure done on the unit? LP, chest tubes, conscious sedation, lac repairs, reductions, splinting, casting, central line placements, intubation, etc. Common Equipment:
Alaris IV Pumps, glidescope, I/O's, UltraSound/FAST Titrate Vasoactive Drips:
Levo, Epi, Vasopressin, Cardizem, Esmolol, Nitro
