Libertine Brewing Co Libertine Brewing Co San Luis Obispo, CA San Luis Obispo, CA Part-time Part-time $18 - $24 an hour $18 - $24 an hour 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago Duties - Plan, organize, and execute successful events from start to finish with the help of other managers and supervisors - Conduct thorough research to identify target audience and market trends - Develop event concepts and themes that align with the company's goals - Create and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are within allocated funds - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary resources for events - Oversee event logistics, which includes some setup and breakdown - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of event plans - Implement effective advertising and promotional strategies to maximize event attendance - Manage event registration process, including ticket sales and attendee communication when necessary - Coordinate event marketing efforts with promotional materials and email marketing campaigns - Assist with product management for events, ensuring all materials and resources are prepared in a timely manner - Utilize Adobe Creative Suite or other design software to create visually appealing event materials Experience - Proven experience in event planning and management - Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies - Proficiency in budgeting and financial management for events - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and attendees - Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality events - Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and solve problems on the spot Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities or qualifications.
