- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner - Greet and assist visitors, providing them with necessary information - Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing - Maintain and organize physical and digital files - Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments - Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Manage front desk activities, including receiving and distributing mail and packages - Provide support to project managers as needed - Perform other clerical tasks to support office operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficient in using office software (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office Suite), Google Suite, and Quickbooks - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in performing data entry tasks - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Knowledge of construction office procedures (preferred but not required) - Ability to work well in a team environment Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
