- Experience in accounts receivable - Scheduling and coordination of workflow - Basic knowledge of software and hardware for Windows and Mac OS - Excellent customer service skills - Answer phone calls, emails, and customer walk-in visits - Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently while dealing with deadlines - Knowledge of Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Drive - Ability to follow up with projects and give updates periodically - Ability to multi-task - Basic knowledge of Computer hardware.
Compensation is based on experience.
Located near Downtown with a friendly office environment.
