Position:
We are hiring for the Office Manager position to work 5 days a week (Monday- Friday).
No previous aviation experience is required, but it is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Cash and electronic payment handling Answering phones/ responding to emails TSA inspections/ FTSP account handler (for international students) Airport badge handling (signatory authority and keeping badge records) Knowledge of billing and scheduling system (MYFBO) Keeping student files in order Staff scheduling Time off request forms In charge of social media account (Instagram) and updating company website In charge of training/hiring new office staff Purchase and receivable orders Purchase office supplies Customer service Providing employee reviews Helping keep a clean working environment $24-28/hour starting.
Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications:
