This is a full time role, and this position requires physically reporting to work in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Pay range:
$22-$28/hr DOE Purpose:
To research, acquire, and execute strategic partnerships and marketing activations to help achieve company growth goals.
The Partnerships & Marketing Project Manager works with the Marketing, Team, Buying & Web Content Departments and reports directly to the Marketing Director.
Partnerships & Clubs:
Identify strategic partnerships and sponsorships, affiliations, clubs and influencers to help increase brand awareness and reach company growth goals.
Build positive relationships with these partners via consistent communication and creatively offering unique opportunities that are mutually beneficial.
Generate and provide partners with monthly and quarterly commission reports.
Develop and execute an efficient seeding program among brands, affiliates and influencers.
Lead the planning and development of strategies for increasing engagement and conversion for running clubs.
Develop and facilitate overall marketing and communication strategy for club and team business.
Work directly with Teams Department to establish relationships with key clubs, high school and college teams.
Coordinate and communicate results to internal teams.
Marketing Project Management:
Assist in the planning and development of overall marketing strategies for increasing engagement and conversion.
Coordinate and run monthly marketing meeting.
Collaborate with other departments to manage calendar, identify key products and coordinate marketing efforts.
Maintain the consistency of brand messaging and voice across all marketing channels.
Collaborate on brand marketing initiatives.
Gather vendor assets and distribute to necessary departments.
Help facilitate marketing strategy across multiple platforms.
Format projects into project management software.
Maintain project progress by following up on the tasks that need to be completed and communicate with graphics and programming.
