Technical Program manger who is excited about driving and maintaining projects related to Customer Support services and tools as well as Privacy compliance services for KDP.
Our challenges are broad and deep -- we build, maintain, and manage flexible, secure, scalable, high-performance and robust tools and services.
You will help drive the vision, and lead the delivery of current agent services as well as work with new features to improve the customer experience and make it easier/faster/cheaper for the customer to get what they need.
As a Snr.
Technical Program Manager you coordinate projects designed to improve capabilities, efficiency, and speed for mission critical systems that protect Amazon and our customer data.
You are a highly visible leader that will own the communication, coordination, and execution of several large-scale projects.
You work with engineers and leaders to define strategy and requirements.
You make appropriate trade-offs between business and technical constraints, clearly communicate goals, status, roles and responsibilities.
You identify opportunities to converge overlapping technical efforts, and drive the long-term strategy with support of engineering leaders.
The ideal candidate is a demonstrated leader with an analytical mindset.
They will have a well-rounded technical background as well as a history of leading large projects end-to-end.
