The role is responsible for and not limited to performing full administrative and marketing duties by providing customer service, organizing lead tracking systems, creating and implementing marketing campaigns, scheduling appointments, client follow up, and consistent and clear communication.
This requires an individual with strong time-management skills who can prioritize projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the administration of the team's business.
Create and implement marketing campaigns for listings, lead generation, and general business promotion.
Plan and manage events for clients and all other business promotion.
Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration.
Coordinate the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials, and any other business-related supplies and materials.
Create and update a business operations manual and all job descriptions/employment contracts for any future hires.
Manage the recruiting, hiring, training and ongoing leadership of all future administrative hires.
Hold agent(s) accountable for conducting all agreed upon lead generation activities.
Ensure that all agent activities are limited to listing property, showing property, negotiating contracts & lead generation.
