Region's model has been uniquely designed as a winery co-op featuring 50 local, hard-to-find wines on tap as well as featuring a revolving local winery each week at our hand-pour bar, all in 2 locations - our first in The Barlow in Sebastopol, CA and our second location opened in April 2022 in downtown San Luis Obispo just under the Hotel SLO.

JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who will provide support and management of multiple responsibilities, working with the leadership team of Region and reporting directly to the owners.
The best candidate for our team is highly efficient, detail oriented, and has an independently driven work ethic with excellent time management and communication skills.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS A detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in the financial services and/or wine industry Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas Comfortable interacting with a range of contractors and wine industry professionals A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the company Resourceful, can-do attitude Thrives in a fast-paced environment, working independently in an efficient manner with excellent time management skills Skills Needed/Experience In Benefits Management HR Experience Employee Hiring On/Offboarding Payroll Excel QBO Online/Bookkeeping Skills Insurance Policy Filings and Management POS Reporting and Management CDTFA Tax Remittance and Calculation Skills Desired Knowledge of Alcohol Compliance Experience working in Adobe Suite, including creative writing and proofreading Familiar with Bill.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred A minimum of 3 years experience Highly Proficient in MS Office.
An extremely high understanding of Excel is required.
Highly organized and self-motivated.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and good time management skills and ability to prioritize work Demonstrates ability to take initiative, anticipate needs and exercise independent/sound judgment Provide references from past employers Valid driver's license Region is changing how you experience wine.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
