As a Customer Intake Coordinator, your responsibility is to be the smiling face that delivers exceptional phone etiquette, making meaningful connections with clients/patients and ensuring the branch meets or exceeds inquiry to conversion goals.

Responsibilities Customer/Client/Patient care - effectively manages the customer intake process and serves as point of contact for all client relations.
Excellent Intake skills with the ability to navigate client's multiple questions regarding BrightStar's Home Health and Staffing Services.
Office Support - supports the team and uses all technology, tools, and resources to ensure proper business processes; this includes computer scheduling programs, office copy machines to upload documents and answering calls from employees, clients, vendors, and staff while maintaining excellent customer service.
Schedules staff to meet client care needs and minimize non-billed overtime (keeping employees within their 40-hour work week); ensures on-call phone and assigned staff available as needed.
Coordinate with the remote Recruiter to discuss needs of the clients/patients to better target the applicants needed, this includes helping with the interview process by meeting with chosen applicants and finalizing the interview process.

Provide feedback from clients/patients/vendors to the field staff and management.
Maintains on-call phone as scheduled to assist with inbound calls and daily demands from field staff and clients alike.
Takes accountability with the intake of new clients, informing them of our Joint Commissioned Gold Standard of Excellence services and motivates them to utilize BrightStar over other agencies.
Assists in the development of organization goals and agency performance improvement activities, for example converting intakes into active clients/patients.
Administers and adheres to agency policies and procedures.
Assures compliance with all local, state and federal laws.
Performs general office duties including but not limited to photocopies, provides reception at the front office desk and telephone services with excellent customer service communications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
