Working under the COO to run daily Shopify/ecommerce operations Maintaining good relationships with logistics team, sales managers, sales associates and buyers Being meticulous, organized and efficient in your work A huge emphasis on being a team player JOB DUTIES:
Upload all new inventory with proper tags and place in their respective brand or curated collections on Shopify Process all online orders, includes pulling inventory, transferring to and from allocated store and shipping out all orders with priority Process all online returns and exchanges Manage our info email account with excellent customer service skills while working closely with our clients to handle issues professional and promptly Manage weekly and monthly website analytic trackers with written overview to provide marketing/ecommerce team with current insights Use professional communication with brand vendors to request high resolution images for website Meet with buying team to discuss best selling products on our online store Connect with marketing team to help identify new arrivals, and plan relevant promotions online Effectively clientele online clients with product knowledge and understanding customers needs Partake in quarterly inventory counts at each store Change Shopify Banners Support Marketing Efforts in store and Online About the ideal candidate:
