Dental Treatment Coordinator or Office Manager

We are seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator or Office Manager with a warm personality and exceptional skills for our Fee-For-Service dental office. Our office is out-of-network with all insurances and has 4 operatories. The community here is absolutely lovely, with wonderful long-time patients. Our team is cheerful, talented, and motivated to provide great care for our patients.

Qualifications: 

  • Must have 2+ years experience in dental office

  • Strong computer skills in word processor programs including excel, PowerPoint and Gmail

  • Advanced knowledge in dental terminology

  • Understanding of insurance, billing and treatment planning

  • Knowledge in finance, business and human resources

  • Excellent interpersonal skills in oral and written communication

  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities including maintaining and creating systems and operations manuals

  • Collaborate closely with the owner dentist to expand marketing efforts, attract new patients, and boost revenue

Compensaion is $25 - $40 per hour, depending on experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
